Robert Woodcock QC and Christopher Rose successful in murder prosecution.

Robert Woodcock QC leading Christopher Rose, successfully concluded the prosecution of Kerry Taylor at Sheffield Crown Court.  The defendant had repeatedly stabbed her neighbour in her own flat but argued that she had suffered a loss of control.  She was convicted of murder and received a life sentence with a minimum term of 18 years. Robert and Christopher were instructed by Yorkshire and Humberside CPS.
