Nicholas Lumley QC at Teesside Crown Court

Nicholas Lumley QC successfully concluded the prosecution of a murder trial at Teesside Crown Court today before the Recorder of Middlesbrough. Wayne Spanswick pleaded guilty after the court heard evidence this week of how the defendant punched the deceased in broad daylight in central Middlesbrough.
