Adam Birkby secures acquittals at Bradford Crown Court

Adam Birkby successfully defended Safian Mohammed, who was charged with armed robbery and witness intimidation. Mr Mohammed was acquitted of the witness intimidation count following a submission of no case to answer. The jury then acquitted Mr Mohammed of armed robbery based on his defence of duress.
