Christopher Rose, led by Nick Dry of the Crown Prosecution Service, has completed the first phase of a prosecution of 22 defendants convicted of a major conspiracy to supply class A drugs in the Cleveland area. A total of 176 years imprisonment was imposed by the Recorder of Middlesbrough. The next phase is due to be tried in the summer.
