Paul Greaney QC acts on behalf of a retired director of the European subsidiary of a multi-national pharmaceutical company in connection with an investigation into alleged corrupt practices in the Greek pharmaceutical industry during the 1990s and 2000s. This included appearing recently before the Investigating Judge at a hearing in Athens. He acts alongside other UK lawyers (Jonathan Cripwell and Charlotte Haigh of Lupton Fawcett Denison Till) and Greek lawyers (Grigoris Troufakos of Troufakos & Associates and Dimitris Zepos of Zepos and Yannopoulos).
