Alistair MacDonald QC at Leeds Crown Court

Alistair MacDonald QC has today secured the acquittal of the driver of the lorry involved in the M62 hen party crash. The driver has been found not guilty of both counts on the indictment of causing death by dangerous driving and death by careless driving after a two week trial at Leeds Crown Court.

Mr MacDonald was instructed by Nathan Buckley of Clyde and Co Solicitors.
