Matthew Donkin at Leeds Crown Court

Matthew Donkin acting alone, has successfully prosecuted a gang of professional thieves involved in a car ringing conspiracy. Over a three month period, the conspirators stole over £300k worth of high value motor cars which were then rapidly stripped down and disposed of. Following complicated case preparation and the deployment of cell site and billing data for 36 mobile telephones, eight defendants were convicted. Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings will follow.
