Mr Stephen Uttley has been instructed by the Health and Safety Executive in the Prosecution of Total UK Limited. The case arises from an incident at the Total Lindsay Oil Refinery Immingham which resulted in a crude oil release and fire which resulted in the death of an employee of Doosan Power Systems Limited in 2010.
