Jason Pitter QC appeared for the Crown in the appeal of Kashim Ahmed against his minimum term for the murder of the Dominos Pizza Delivery Driver in Sheffield whilst carrying out his final shift. Ahmed was 17 at the time of the offence and was sentenced to a minimum term of 23 years. The application on behalf of Ahmed was rejected.
