Adam Birkby instructed by Carr & Co solicitors, has successfully defended a man of good character charged with an offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The defendant, who is an experienced door supervisor, was accused of assaulting a man whom he had detained outside a nightclub. After a 3-day trial the defendant was unanimously acquitted, thereby allowing him to retain his employment and his Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence.
