Christopher Rose successful in 5 day hearing before the NMC

23/06/2015

Following a five day hearing before the Conduct and Competence Committee of the NMC, Christopher Rose was successful in arguing that a Registrant accused of mishandling a patient had not been guilty of misconduct. Christopher had persuaded the panel to find part of the charges unproven and to find that the remaining charges did not meet the test for misconduct.
