Dapinder Singh recently secured an acquittal at Southwark Crown Court in a cartel case which ran for 3 weeks. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) prosecuted Mr Nicholas Stringer for a cartel offence in the galvanised steel tanks market. Despite others having pleaded guilty and attending the hearing to give evidence against Mr Stringer, an acquittal was secured.
