Following a 5 day hearing before the Conduct and Competence Committee of the Nursing & Midwifery Council, the Panel imposed a striking off order after the Registrant’s fitness to practise was found to be impaired, as a result of her dishonestly misusing Trust property, costing the NHS £3,000. Georgina Goring successfully represented the NMC.
