16/09/2015

We are delighted to announce that once again, New Park Court has been ranked as a first tier set in the new edition of the Legal 500.

Our Chambers has been described as a “premier set” holding “a number of vastly experienced silks and senior juniors, and a good mix of reliable and up-and-coming juniors”. Our experience for crime is noted as one of our strong suits, as is our regulatory work; “another bedrock of Chambers”.

For Commercial, banking and Insolvency we are “well regarded at both the junior and senior ends”. Our expertise in this area is for contractual disputes arising from share purchase and shareholder agreements, franchising agreements and the carriage of goods. Our Criminal Team, regularly instructed in large scale and high profile investigations, is regarded as “one of the most prominent sets for crime in the North of England.”
