After a _seven day trial, a jury at Leeds Crown Court yesterday acquitted a successful businessman of all charges of sexual abuse dating back to the 1980’s. The defendant was privately represented by Nicholas Lumley QC and Keith Allen of ABR solicitors.
The client and his family expressed their ‘immense gratitude for handling the case with such commitment and attention’, describing Nicholas Lumley QC as ‘peerless’.
