Jeremy Barton successfully defends Doctor facing four counts of sexual assault

After an eleven day trial, a jury sitting at Lewes Crown Court unanimously acquitted a General Practitioner facing four counts of sexual assault alleged by a female patient who attended his surgery.

The doctor was represented privately by Jeremy Barton and London based solicitors, Bankside Law.
