NMC v AWH [2015]

Georgina Goring successfully represented the NMC during a midwifery fitness to practise hearing. Over 10 allegations were found proved in relation to substantial failures regarding high risk patients. The Panel found that numerous mothers and babies were placed at a significant risk of harm as a consequence of Midwife H’s failures.
