Christopher Rose at the GMC

30/10/2015

Christopher Rose represented the GMC in the case of a doctor who had deficient knowledge of English. This was one of the first cases of its kind to appear before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, at the end of which the doctor was suspended from practising for 9 months.
