Nicholas Lumley QC leading John Thackray of Wilberforce Chambers has begun the prosecution of a father accused of killing his son by shaking or throwing him when he was just four weeks old.
The defendant from Hull has pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of his four-week old son.
