Stephen Uttley instructed by Harris Solicitors, Bradford, successfully defended a man charged with robbery and possession of a firearm said to have been used during the robbery. West Yorkshire Police had investigated the case over a two year period. The trial took place at Bradford Crown Court and lasted four days.
