Jeremy Barton successfully defends a man at Leeds Crown Court charged with kidnap

The defendant in this case was alleged to have attacked a lone female whilst in her car one afternoon in June. The trial issue was one of identification. After three days of evidence, he was acquitted despite being positively identified by the complainant through an identity parade.
