Jeremy Barton successfully overturned the outcome of a police misconduct panel

Jeremy Barton successfully overturned the outcome of a misconduct panel who decided to immediately dismiss a senior ranking police officer after many years, following a misconduct hearing.

After a day at the Police Appeals Tribunal the original decision to dismiss the officer was reversed and the officer concerned has been fully reinstated.
