Nicholas Lumley QC secured the acquittal yesterday of Newcastle Falcons player Zach Kibirige, charged with multiple counts of rape and sexual assault at Newcastle Crown Court.
The jury unanimously found the defendant not guilty on all counts after a four day trial. Mr Lumley QC was instructed by Hay & Kilner Solicitors.
