Jeremy Barton secures a not guilty verdict after 3 month trial for conspiring to import millions of pounds worth of drugs

Jeremy represented one of seven defendants charged with conspiring to import half a ton of illicit drugs with a street value of nearly four million pounds. He was instructed via Kamrans Solicitors in Leeds.

The defendants were said to have concocted a sophisticated plan to import the drugs from the Netherlands to Manchester and distribute the drugs over the North of England. The case against the defendants was based on cell site data and mobile phone analysis and involved a number of expert witnesses.

The defendant represented by Jeremy was one of only two found not guilty.
