Dafydd Enoch QC defends in one of the first prosecutions relating to forced marriage

At Leeds Crown Court the jury heard that the forced marriage unit mounted a rescue operation in conjunction with the British High Commission in Bangladesh following contact by a British Citizen who stated she was in danger and being forced to marry her cousin by her parents.
