28/09/2018

Adam Birkby, instructed by Tom Nutter of Slater & Gordon solicitors, appeared on behalf of a constable in a police misconduct hearing concerning two West Yorkshire Police officers.

Adam’s client was accused of failing to report a colleague for using excessive force against a detainee and then colluding with his colleague to fabricate an account of the incident. After a three-day hearing, which concluded on 26 September 2018, the allegations against both officers were dismissed.
