Adam Birkby, instructed by Tom Nutter of Slater & Gordon solicitors, appeared on behalf of a constable in a police misconduct hearing concerning two West Yorkshire Police officers.

Adam’s client was accused of failing to report a colleague for using excessive force against a detainee and then colluding with his colleague to fabricate an account of the incident.
