Elyas Patel secured the acquittal of Arsalan Jan, a defendant charged with offences of Kidnap, False Imprisonment and Causing GBH. The defendant was one of four defendants and was unanimously acquitted of all charges after a six week trial at Leeds Crown Court.
Mr Patel was instructed by Nadeem Zaman of Kamrans in Leeds.
