Jason Pitter QC (leading Geraldine Kelly) represented the bed manufacturer and owner of Playtime Beds Ltd who manufactured a “cot bed” in which a 7 month old baby was tragically trapped in the bed frame. The Defendant faces an allegation of manslaughter by gross negligence.
The ongoing trial has attracted a large amount of press coverage which can be viewed below.
