Adam Birkby secures acquittal of police officer accused of sexual assault
Adam Birkby, instructed by Darren Cook of Slater Gordon solicitors, represented a serving police officer at Derby Crown Court. The officer was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a nightclub. He was unanimously acquitted after a 2-day trial.
