Chloe Hudson prosecutes youth for manslaughter at Leeds Crown Court
The Defendant, aged 16 at the time of the killing, punched the deceased causing fatal injuries. The evidence focused particularly on the issue of causation, the deceased having a number of pre existing medical conditions. The case was heard by the Recorder of Leeds.
