Paul Greaney QC successful in defence of police constable charged with using his dog as a weapon

Paul Greaney QC successfully defended a police constable who was charged with using his dog as a weapon to “vent his contempt” for criminals. Paul secured a unanimous acquittal of all charges for his defendant following an investigation by the Police Conduct Authority and a 6 week trial at Preston Crown Court. Mr Greaney QC was instructed by Chris Fallows at Slater Gordon.
