Simon Jackson QC and Christopher Rose have successfully concluded proceedings in the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service involving a prominent Harley Street Eye Surgeon. Following hearings lasting a total of three months, the Tribunal found that the doctor had behaved dishonestly in providing eye surgery to numerous patients and ordered him to be erased from the register of UK doctors.
