Peter Byrne in successful defence of man accused of attempted murder following a shooting in Leeds

Peter Byrne, led by Jamie Hill QC of Fountain Chambers, successfully defended a man charged with attempted murder after the discharge of a firearm but was left with very serious injuries himself following the incident. Jamie and Peter were instructed by Christina O’Connell of David Ake & Co Solicitors.
