New Park Court Chambers has made additional contribution to the Manchester Arena Inquiry with the delivery of the opening statement on behalf of North West Fire Control by Robert Smith QC and Danielle Gilmour who are retained to act on behalf of the Company.
North West Fire Control is responsible for the operation of the control room for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Services and three other fire authorities in the North West.
Robert Smith QC and Danielle Gilmour are instructed by Ward Hadaway, Newcastle.
The opening statement is available on the Manchester Arena Inquiry website together with the opening statement of Counsel to the inquiry Paul Greaney QC and Nicholas de la Poer QC. The Manchester Arena Inquiry began hearing oral evidence on 7th September 2020 at Manchester Magistrates Court.
