Jeremy Barton instructed by Carr and Co, successfully defended his client after three weeks of trial at Bradford Crown Court.
The defendant was tried with a total of five defendants and appeared first on the trial indictment. He faced charges of possessing a firearm (a semi automatic handgun) with intent to cause fear and charges relating to ammunition. The case involved the careful analysis of telephone evidence, surveillance evidence and DNA comparison.
The defendant was one of two unanimously acquitted.
