Nicholas Lumley QC secures acquittal in murder and manslaughter trial at Teesside Crown Court

Nicholas Lumley QC, leading Miss Victoria Lamballe, successfully defended a Greek national charged with the murder, by shooting, of a drug-dealer. He was acquitted of murder and manslaughter after a trial lasting 11 weeks, before Mr Justice Wall.
