Adam Birkby successfully defends Greater Manchester Police officer in disciplinary proceedings

Adam Birkby, instructed by Tom Nutter of RJW Legal, represented a police constable facing an allegation of gross misconduct relating to the excessive use of force against a child with learning difficulties. Following a 3-day contested hearing, the allegation was dismissed by the panel.

Adam is a member of the Professional Discipline Team, and regularly acts for police officers of all ranks across the country in misconduct, criminal and inquest proceedings.
