Paul Greaney KC in manslaughter by gross negligence trial

Paul Greaney KC represented one of two company directors charged with manslaughter by gross negligence. Following a three-week trial before Butcher J, both were acquitted.

Paul Greaney led Lucy Wright of Crown Office Chambers. They were instructed by Caroline Depledge of DWF.
