Nicholas de la Poer KC prosecutes terrorism case at the Central Criminal Court

Nicholas de la Poer KC is appearing for the Crown at the Central Criminal Court in the prosecution of a man charged with terrorism offences.

The case against Magomed-Husejn Dovtaev alleges that the defendant conducted a hostile reconnaissance for a terrorist attack on an Iranian television station in West London.
