The members and staff of New Park Court Chambers are deeply saddened to report that Robert Woodcock KC passed away this morning.
Bertie will be remembered by many as one of his generation’s finest and most eloquent advocates.
Our thoughts are with his family, friends and wider colleagues, most notably at Red Lion Chambers where he was an active Door Tenant, at this very sad time.
With the kind permission of his family, New Park Court Chambers can share that the funeral of Robert Woodcock KC will be held in St. Michael and All Angel’s Church, Alwinton on Wednesday 14th February at 14:30, followed by his internment in the churchyard.
Colleagues, peers and friends of Bertie are warmly invited to attend.
