New Park Court is pleased to announce that 11 members of the Regulatory Team have been appointed to the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates. Members of the list are able to accept instructions to prosecute on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, the Office of Rail and Road, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Product Safety and Standards.
