Nick Lumley KC appeared in the Court of Appeal to represent the father of Scarlett Vickers (who was convicted of her murder after a play fight).
The Solicitor General had asked the Court to increase the length of the minimum term, but the Court accepted Mr Lumley’s submissions on behalf of the offender and “the merciful sentence was unchanged.”
