Over the course of 21 and 22 May 2025, Paul Greaney KC and Nicholas de la Poer KC appeared at a further preliminary hearing of the Omagh Bombing Inquiry. The issues for resolution related to whether UK state documents should be redacted to remove the names of junior civil servants and suspects prior to their disclosure to Core Participants. Paul and Nick are the leaders of a team of Counsel to the Inquiry.
