The case of 5 Defendants charged with the murder of Mr Craig Yorke, has concluded at Teesside Crown Court. Sharon Beattie KC represented the youngest Defendant. The Defendant was aged 16 at the time of the incident, he was acquitted of all counts. Miss Beattie was leading Mr Rod Hunt and was instructed by Tilly Bailey & Irvine solicitors.
