We are delighted to announce that the Senior President of Tribunals has appointed Ashleigh Metcalfe as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
Ashleigh is shortly due to undertake her Judicial College training, following which she will commence her sitting.
This judicial appointment is a part-time role which will allow Ashleigh to continue to practice from New Park Court Chambers, where she is a busy Junior accepting instructions in criminal law and regulatory law.
Her appointment takes effect from today, 22 September 2025.
