The Independent Review of the Criminal Courts, chaired by Sir Brian Leveson, has just published Part 1 of its report. The Review has had input from various stakeholders, including the Criminal Bar Association (CBA). Amber Walker was part of the team of barristers assisting with the CBA’s submissions to the Review.
