Mark Robinson is a regulatory barrister who specialises in all areas of professional discipline.
Mark is a member of the Metropolitan Police Misconduct Panel and advises the police on the merits of accelerated misconduct and gross misconduct proceedings against individual police officers, often charged with serious criminal offences. Mark also represents the police force at the full misconduct hearings.
He accepts instructions from the Police Federation and advises and represents individual police officers facing both criminal and misconduct proceedings. Mark has expertise in all areas of police misconduct and is happy to accept instructions from police forces nationally.
Mark is also a panel member for the Nursing and Midwifery Council, advising them on disciplinary proceedings and appearing at tribunals on behalf of the NMC. Mark accepts instructions from all healthcare regulatory bodies and advises healthcare practitioners facing disciplinary proceedings
