• R v M (2014)
  

  Represented a young man charged with a campaign of sexual abuse perpetrated against his sisters over a 6 year period. The defendant was also the complainant in an allegation of rape against his father. The case involved concerns relating to the defendant’s mental health and complex issues relating to the disclosure of social service records.

• R v I (2014)
  

  Represented a defendant charged with historic rape of his ex-partner.

• R v B (2014)
  

  Represented a young woman charged with sexual assault against her female partner.

• R v T (2014)
  

  Represented a 17 year old charged with rape of a 15 year old girl.

• R v H (2013)
  

  Represented man charged with rape of his seven year old step-grand-daughter.

• R v S & Others (2014)
  

  Counsel defending one of nine Defendants charged with conspiracy to supply drugs of Class A and B in and around the York area. The prosecution comprised of several thousand pages which involved police covert surveillance and mobile phone attribution. The complexity of the case was in telephone attribution and cell-site analysis of multiple phone numbers relating to multiple defendants.

• R v C (2014)
  

  Represented man charged with arson with intent to endanger life. Involved complex issues relating to his fitness to plead.

• R v W (2013)
  

  Prosecuted the first successful case against a woman dubbed “the neighbour from hell”. She had been unsuccessfully tried on 6 previous occasions.

• R v C & Others (2012)
  

  Led Junior for a defendant in multi-handed murder trial involving the murder of a Chinese national at a remote cannabis factory.

• Operation Keepnet (2010)
  

  Led Junior for the Crown in the first successful prosecution of a conspiracy to traffic persons for the purpose of labour exploitation.
