Christopher Rose practises in high level, serious and complex crime. He is a hugely experienced trial advocate, appearing in criminal courts across the country. Complimentary to his criminal practice, Christopher specialises in professional disciplinary work. He is regularly instructed to represent professional’s accused of misconduct by their regulators.
Christopher’s criminal practice has a heavy emphasis upon serious organised crime – particularly large-scale drug supply – and sexual offending. He acts as both a leading and led junior and is regularly instructed by the CPS’s Complex Case Unit.
He is a Level 4 Prosecutor for the CPS, a member of the CPS Serious Crime Panel and is accredited to prosecute cases of Rape and Serious Sexual Offending.

Christopher’s professional disciplinary work includes representing health care practitioners at disciplinary hearings and coroner’s inquests. He presents on behalf of the GMC and regularly appears on behalf of Registrants before the NMC. Christopher also represents police officers accused of misconduct, having previously acted as an independent legal advisor for police disciplinary panels.
