Paul Greaney QC represents Nadeem Aslam in the Court of Appeal
On 3rd July 2014, the Court of Appeal quashed the conviction of Nadeem Aslam and on the 8th July 2014 declined to order a retrial. Mr. Aslam, a pilot, had been convicted on 16 counts of rape at a trial in December 2010 (Paul Greaney did not appear at trial). The Court heard fresh evidence over two days in early June 2014.
